Dish Tv: Good product & Good customer service
I have purchased my dishtv on Jan'07 because i am fed up with my cable issues coming up every day with low quality picture,most frequent blackouts and non availability on some premium channels...then i gone through so many reviews on many sites about dishtv and tatasky and i opted with dishtv as it is economical, more number of channels, better regional channel coverage, good active services, Movie on demand options for holly wood and bollywood movies, DVD quality picture and sound....and also i have seen lots of negative reviews on customer service...but i have made my mind and gone for dishtv. dealer told that it will 24-48hrs to install this then ...but to my surprise it installed in just 24 hrs the next day of my purchase their engineers were perfect in their work and it took only 30 min to install them the complete set up.
Up till that every thing was fine and going with smooth pace...but after three month once a got an error Conditional access.and just call up customer care, it was the first time i called customer care and those people listen my problem carefully and register my complaint, given me one complaint number and told with in next 24 hrs our service eng. will visit your home and check and again to my surprise the same evening a person from dishtv comes to my house and solve the problem.
and that was the time i really think that my decision was right to go with dishtv with good customer service.
