Where should I go now??

Hi,

I have booked a Tatasky on 19th Nov.08 & your team did wrong installation at my place.

1. I requested to send your team at 4pm, but they came at 530pm, it was getting dark, I asked them how would they work in dark, they said they are habitual, but it was next to impossible when they stated actual work.Three of Tatasky people struggled for 4 hrs ( 530pm to 930pm)
even though they have not done the wiring properly, My neighbours have Tatasky that person has done so clean job, the wire is run through the wall all over, He has screwed & fixed the cable which looked very tidy where as My Tatasky cable is not nailed / screwed the cable is hanging over my neighbours balcony causing disturbance to My neighbours they are complaining repeatedly.
2. To get the cable in my house, I wanted to make a hole on my wooden door frame, Your person said Tatasky gives a drill machine which could drill on the wall & not the wood.Kindly send your person with a wood drilling machine so that he could drill on my wooden door frame.

3. There is vibration on the screen & the image flickering some time.

the complaint number is 1-2665909484, some body from Tatasky did called me from his mobile but NO Body attended & completed work.
