Victim of Tata Sky

My Story goes like this...I have purchased TATA sky one fine morning. Dealer came as soon as I called him. He had shown different packages. I really appreciate the creator of those packages . He must be from IIMA. He made the packages such way that everybody left paying double of the money as they normally pay to local dish connection. Called the customer care to finalise the package. She explained me how the system works. She checked my interest in annual subscription. I was quiet reluctant though, however, she made me to take the annual subscription with her sweet words. Got installed the beautiful antenna along with the DigiCom. Picture was good. Quality was good. I was in grace period of 3 days. I didn't pay the annual subscription amount. My account was deactivated. I request Tatasky guys to reset my annual subscription to monthly subscription. Here comes the problem. Once you committed orally that you want to go for annual subscription then that is something like "chaap diya" in 10ka DUM. They will not allow you to go for any package or change in subscription. Quiet surprised and frustrated. So friends be careful with TATA sky.
