Tata Sky Still Falling Behind In Somethings

I purchased tatasky connection,found its pictures superior from any other platform. But I am sorry to still it is lacking some thing that is nobody gives us the details of tatasky package details . From shopkeeper, I purchased set top box only named packages, but when I inquired him about list of channels served under respective packages he kept mum. Then I contact them over the phone to tata sky, where also I was told that go through tatasky internet & see the website.-----my dear its a money matter, which cost's the middle class.

WHY ARE THE DETAILS OF PACKAGES NOT PROVIDED IN SOME CHANNEL LIKE 100 OR 101 OR 99 TATA SKY TV, SO THAT WE MIDDLE CLASS CUSTOMERS WHO DO NOT HAVE INTERNET CONNECTIONS AND ARE UNAWARE OF COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE COULD KNOW ABOUT PACKAGES & EASILY CAN OPT FOR IT.
