Tata Sky Review - Excellent Quality and Good Service

I have been using the Tata Sky DTH for some time now. My experience with Tata Sky has been very good. It all began when we first bought the service. The engineers came over and had the system installed promptly. Initially they did have a problem aligning the dish with the satellite. However, they worked around it and found a solution. After that, that has been a smooth ride for us. We have not experienced any problems which other people talk about as yet!. The quality of picture and sound is excellent. The number of channels could be more but I heard that they are going to increase this over time. My sister has dish tv but her experience has not been too good. She has had too many issues with thier customer service people. so comparing my experience with that of my sister, I think that Tata sky is definitely more "value for money" than dish tv or even big tv. I would recommend this service. |
