TATA SKY NOT CONCERNED ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THEIR ONLY CONCERN IS COLLECTING MONEY

I have a problem with my TATA SKY , Last 1 week the Audio output is not clear. I lodged a complaint with TATA SKy & got a call from their representative stating that it is a problem with your TV get it rectified with your TV technician if we attend we will charge you RS.350 as your set top box is out of warranty & your account is not having enough balance.I asked him if it is the problem with Set top box what will be there action plan , his reply was they will replace the set top box & charge Rs.350.

I checked my TV with a TV DVD player & it was working fine. Then I again lodged a complaint stating that it is working fine with DVD player. This time the technician reached my home quickly as my account was having enough money.

After reaching they started checking the signal strength & by adjusting the Dish they told that the problem is rectified. Then I explained the problem then they were saying that the complaint was for signal not getting which they rectified(Theoreticians are coming with out even understanding the problem).

When I showed them the Sound difference while connecting the DVD & Set top box they started Arguing that in TV the functioning for DVD player & Set top box is different it is the problem with TV only. I don't know how it is different as we are using the same cable to same slot & even I have consulted a TV technician he also confirmed that there is no deference in function if DVD is working TATA SKY also should work.

I asked them to check it with another set top box to confirm what they are saying is correct. but their reply was surprising they are asking me to provide a set top box ,it was a new experience to me to use Tata sky you should purchase spare set top box. they keep on arguing and left the site stating they are going to charge RS.350.

If it was the case the functioning in TV for TV & Set top box is different they should have in formed me the same through phone. there was no need for them to send a representative & charge Rs.350 for the same.

How they will charge the customer without solving the problem they should have at least proved it is the problem with TV.

Now for the last 1 week I am watching Tata sky without sound & they are charging for that as well as charged Rs.350.

only option in front of me is go for another connection

I don't expected such attitude from a company headed by JRD TATA!!!!
