I must say, Tata Sky services are nothing more than a crap. I got the setup box but I am still waiting for their engineer to come for installation. Repeated conversation for more than one hour per session has not yielded any result. They booked the slots and defaulted on several occasions. Now they are saying that the engineers are being beaten up by the local cable operators (LCO). Question is:- "Is this MY problem?". Is there any law and governance in this country? If somebody beats up the engineer, is it not possible to go to the police and write a complain?? Why dish tv can put their antenna and LCOs has not beaten them as yet? Now, as it stands, my subscription and money is with them and Tata Sky webpage has no link where one can complain, except phone number of their pathetic customer care helpline. Moral of the story is "known devil is better than unknown god". Local cable connection provider may not be providing good services, but we have direct choice of subscription or non-subscription. At Tata Sky you loose this freedom.
