Dear customer care people, Don't you think It's shame on you people who waste your time just by throwing that cosmetic smile as an when costumer approaches you. I have been a customer for past 3 years.As and I had problem with my tata sky connection I approached the costumer car for help.It never happened that they contacted us. We only had to litterly request them to sort out the problem. I am facing the following problems:-
1. Very poor picture quality.
2. Being disconnected many times while running and doesn't come for long time,it comes for a while and goes off for long.
3. contacting customer care is a costly affair because of long waiting period.
Unfortunately i have to say that i have never seen more pathetic service than what Tata Sky personnel have provided. Every time I request a service from Tata Sky, I have to spend money on phone calls, time which could be fruitfully utilized otherwise and in lieu of all this, I only gather a lot more tension. Tata Sky has tested my patience no end.
Needless to say, each one of these incidents narrated above, has resulted in immense mental pressure on me and my family and I do intend to take the legal route now, so that more customers like me are not befooled by such dishonest companies like yours.

I am a Tata Sky since 2007. I must say, Tata Sky services are nothing more than a crap, Everyday I have to follow up waiting "on hold" for 15 minutes or longer. Repeated conversation for more than one hour per session has not yielded any result. False committment being made everyday that issue would be resolved. No call backs from call centre even after repititive requests from my side. No mannerisms in the call centre executive guys (they suggest me to cancel Tata Sky service). Why do i pay for these 4 days when i am not using the service (which you are not providing me)? Am using service since around 3 and half years now and this has made me rethink if the services should be used anymore.

but this is true case...there engineers have been wildly beaten by the local mafia cablewala. They are adamant that every home that takes DTH is a loss of customer for them. Therefore there is a natural reluctance from the DTH operators to come to Kharghar. Elsewhere the service is not that bad.

I must say, the services are nothing more than a crap. I have lodged a complaint for re installation
on 6th of may but I am still waiting for their engineer to come. Repeated conversation for more than one hour per session has not yielded any result. They booked the slots and defaulted on several occasions. Now they are saying that they cannot do it because of local issues(LCO). Question is:- "Is this MY problem?". Is there any law and governance in this country? If somebody beats up the engineer, is it not possible to go to the police and write a complain?? Why dish tv can put their antenna and LCOs has not beaten them as yet? Now, as it stands, my subscription and money is with them and airtel webpage has no link where one can complain, except phone number of their pathetic customer care helpline. Moral of the story is "known devil is better than unknown god". Local cable connection provider may not be providing good services, but we have direct choice of subscription or non-subscription. At airtel you loose this freedom.
