Tata Sky audio problems

Hi,

I am a native of pune and bought tata sky for my new Philips LCD & Home theatre system, but as I play any DVD with home theatre it plays fine with all 5 speaker running.

When I watch something with Tata sky my speakers stop working, I have to watch tata sky channels only with LCD speakers.


Don't know what is the problem.

I have a solution for it....u can connet tata sky to ttv thorough hdmu and speaker to tata sky through vga cables.now select audio output to external speakers from menu.... It works me only prblm is that sound is coming very low from speakers..try and tell me

Tata sky is not bothered in customer complaint they are keen in collecting service charge from customer without solving the problem

I Have a problem with Tata sky Audio out put is not clear, I lodged a complaint with Tata Sky But they responded by saying that it may be a problem with your TV so consult with your TV technician and as my set top box is out of Warranty they will charge RS.350 for attending the call which My account was not having. When I asked them is it is the problem with set top box what their technician will do, he replied in such case they will replace the set top box and charge Rs.350. Then I checked my TV with a DVD player connected to it & it was working fine So I gain lodged a complain with Tata sky clearly stating that it is working fine with DVD Player. This time the technician reached very fast as my account was having more than 350 rupees. Immediately after reaching they started checking signal strength & adjusted the same & informed me the issue is closed . Then I explained the problem to them & they started to argue that the complaint registered was only for signal problem which they solved they are going to charge me for that . The problem I am facing is only due to TV not with the Set top box . they were claiming In TV the function for Set top box & DVD is different. I don't know how they are saying the same as we are connecting the same cable to the same slots for DVD & Tata Sky Set top Box.I have consulted a TV technician he told me that there is nothing like that.When I asked them to check it with another Set top box & Confirm it they are asking me to provide the same where as their representative had committed me that they will replace the set top box if required ( It was a new experience for me that is I am using tata sky I should have a spare set top box with me) .Now I am not able to view the Tata sky properly for last 1 week and they are charging me the daily charge as well as RS. 350. Tata Sky is not bothered about the proper service is reaching to the end user they are just interested in collecting money. I don't expect such approch from a company owned by JRD TATA!
