PAL to VGA Converter (Hardware based) for TATASky

To watch the composite video output from TATASky set-top box on a LCD TV, one can also use a PAL to VGA converter so that there is an appreciable improvement in picture quality. I have seen it in UK but not sure whether it's available in India, hence requesting the reader to let me know the availability of this PAL to VGA converter in Bangalore.
