I am one of the dishtv customer since 28/10/2008(Happy Home Pack-1 year). During May 09 I received SMS from dishtv staating your expiry due on 9/5/09. On 18/5/09 I found that my TV is showing the message signal not found. Hence I contacted the custoner care they asked me contact one service centre in Wardhaman nagar Nagpur. When contacted they told that one engineer wiil come to your home & solve your problem of alignment of the dish. On 22/5/09 one service person named dinesh kadukar visited my house in my absence and told my elder brother that there is a problem in set top box and he will come on 23/5/09 for its repairy. When contacted on 23/5/09 he told that he has been removed from the job and told to contact Mr Pradeep Vanjari for settling the matter. When Mr. Vamjari was contacted he assured to send one person naming Afzal to repair the STB. Thereafter the dealer Ms. Deepika Enterprises Pratap Nagar Nagpur was also contacted aobut the problem and he told to contact the service centre at wardhaman nagar. When the service centre was contcted one lady told that you will have to bring the STB to the service centre for repairs. But it is nowhere mentioned in writing that the STB is not working properly and the customer will have to take the same to the service centre for repairs. Customer care Ex Mr Ashwini was also contacted and he assured us to call back after 15 minutes but alas we are still waiting for his call. We never expected such a poor response from a company like dishtv. If the problem is not solved immediately we will have not option but to move a complaint against the dealer and the dishtv for giving us mental torture.
