Dish TV customer care information system is very prompt where as Tata Sky customer care information system is very bad. In tatasky, when you contact by phone BSNL/MTNL to customer care centre, nobody is attending phone only their is voice that your phone has been transferred to Customer care centre & you have to hold until it receives. But after passing of 10 to 15 minutes nobody is attending the phone.
