I have got DISH TV installed at my residence since May 2007 and I have subscribed the best offer , i.e. Maxi Plus @ Rs 325 per month . I have been paying subscription charges for twelve months at a time and the renewal was due on 16.09.2008.

I have been calling Shree Hari Trading ( Tel No.9336617623) to collect the subscription charge for next 12 months since Sept 12th, 2008 for five times. Today, I have spoken to their staff Ms Nina and Mr Nitin to send some body to collect the subscription charge. The reply, I got “ It will be better if you can come down to pay the charges .” Another reply is “ This is not the only work I have.”

I don’t know why DishTV makes such false claims of home pick service on DTH service, when they don’t have working home pick service at Kanpur .

I have sent a mail to DishTV Customer Care for explanation, why shall I continue with your DTH service and is it the loyalty of taking subscription of 12 months in advance ?

I feel today compelled to switch over to more customer friendly DTH service.
