Dishtv is Good in after sales service and customer service

I am a dishtv user for past 2 years, and found that their after sales service and customer service is very good or you can say its better then others. R

Recently my brother has opted for tatasky and he is facing lot of prolem with tatasky and register many complaint to customer care..first it is very difficult to contact them as their lines are always busy(this shows how much customers have issues with tatasky). further they talk very rudely and didn't able to solve the problem and when asked them to transfer call to seniors they immedialtely refuses in rude manner giving explanation they are at launch or in meeting we arrange call back for you but nothing happen.
